Group Training & Collaboration

2.5 Day Accelerated Weekend of Training & Collaboration Experience

During this full 2.5-day accelerated weekend of training, we are here to help you create that transformation within yourself first, and then for those you serve. This course is divided into two parts:

First, you will experience life coaching first hand and walk through the Grow Life coaching process. This portion of the weekend will be life-giving and transformational to you as you step into your next season gaining clarity on your life experiences, passions, and “what’s next” steps when you leave.

The second portion of the weekend is hands-on training, collaboration, peer coaching, and understanding coaching resources available.

Life coaching is one of the fastest growing professions today. We will equip you with the tools to help people identify their season, where they want to be, help overcome obstacles, and live their best life. You will be trained in the skills of life coaching and certified through the Grow Life Method.

Whether you are looking to add life coaching to your business, any career, leadership skill set, ministry, or personally, this weekend transformation process will cultivate the gifts within you to bring life and growth to those around you.

The “in-person” experiential weekend training includes a creative atmosphere to experience hands on training along with personal connection and coaching. Environment is important to us in helping create an atmosphere of growth for you during this weekend transformational process.

Private Training & Mentorship

An 8-Week Personalized Coaching & Mentorship Experience

The Private Life Coach Certification is a personalized experience designed for women and men who desire depth, clarity, and confidence as they step into coaching, leadership, and purposeful service.

This program carries the same foundation and certification as our in-person group training, but is delivered in a highly personalized format that combines certification training, individualized coaching, and extended mentorship—allowing space for growth that is both practical and deeply formative.

Over the course of 8 weeks, we meet 2 hours per week via Zoom, creating a steady, supportive rhythm that blends teaching, personalized coaching, reflection, and real-life application. Each session is shaped around your unique season, learning style, and goals—ensuring you’re not only learning coaching tools, but also being coached as you grow.

If we complete the core certification material before the full 8 weeks, the remaining time is intentionally reserved for 1:1 personalized coaching and mentoring, supporting you as you integrate what you’ve learned, practice coaching skills, and step forward with clarity and confidence.

Throughout the entire 8 weeks, you’ll receive extended mentorship and personalized coaching, including space for:

• Individual coaching tailored to your life, leadership, and calling

• Coaching feedback and skill development

• Real-time application and practice

• Discernment, prayer, and spiritual grounding

• Identity and leadership formation

Intern Program Opportunity

Graduates of the Private Life Coach Certification may have the opportunity to apply for an intern program, offering hands-on experience, continued coaching, and mentorship within Grow Life Academy and it’s partners.
