I understand this journey because I’ve lived it. As a mom of four grown children, a former worship director at a mega-church, a co-founder of a non-profit, and a life coach, I know what it feels like to juggle countless roles, striving to be everything to everyone. I remember the weariness, the mask I wore, and the longing for someone to come alongside me—to help me pause, be filled, prayed over, and to help me truly hear God's voice amidst the chaos. My life journey began on a farm in Oklahoma, where my grandparents taught me the value of understanding the seasons—each with its unique purpose. It wasn’t until I reached my 50s that I began to grasp the importance of recognizing and embracing the seasons of life. Learning to prune (even the pretty!), “weed”, create boundaries by fencing the land, waiting, unexpected storms and seasons, looking and finding beauty and new growth in unknown places, and learning to live in the “unforced rhythms of grace” (Matthew 11:28-30) became essential to my well-being. In 2020, everything shifted when I was diagnosed with a brain tumor. The surgery and recovery that followed became a turning point—God used that season to weave together the pieces of my story, teaching me a new rhythm in life. And now, another season of deep transition has come with the loss of my precious husband of 43 years. As I navigate this profound change, I remain committed to supporting women like you—women who serve greatly but are ready to invest in their own soul care. Through seasons of resilience, grief, and renewal, I’ve learned that God meets us in every moment, offering new beginnings even in the hardest places. I’m here to help you identify your current season, be fully present in it, and take the time to breathe and pause. Through destination retreats, life coaching groups, training, masterminds, and one-on-one life coaching, I’ll walk alongside you as you discover and embrace the unique rhythm God has for your life.
